About Daily Trivia Mix
The Daily Trivia Mix is the easiest way to play when you cannot decide where to start. Every day it builds one set of ten questions drawn from ten different quizzes on the site, so you might get a capital city, a baby animal name, a planet, an explorer, a painting and a spelling question all in one short game. The set runs from four easy warm-ups through three medium questions to three hard ones, and the topics change from question to question. Everyone who plays on the same day gets the same ten, which makes it a good one to share with family, friends or classmates.
How to play Daily Trivia Mix
- Press Start for the first of ten questions. The clock starts with it and stops at your last answer.
- Each question comes from a different quiz: a capital, an animal, a planet, a painter, a word. They go from easy to hard.
- Tap an answer, or press 1 to 4 (or A to D) on a keyboard. Answers are final: you see the right one and a one-line explanation, then press Next.
- Most correct answers ranks first, then the fastest time. Only a member’s first finished quiz of the day counts for the leaderboard.
Tips & strategy
- Read every option before you answer: in a mixed quiz the wrong answers are often from the right topic, so the first familiar word is not always the right one.
- Use the explanations: each one is a fact from a full topic quiz, and you can play that quiz next if a subject catches your interest.
- The last three questions are hard on purpose. If you are unsure, rule out the options that clearly belong to another country, era or group.
