About Rivers, Mountains and Oceans Quiz
Canada has its own giants: Mount Logan in Yukon is the country’s highest peak, and the Mackenzie River is its longest. The Rivers, Mountains and Oceans Quiz starts with features like these and then travels the whole planet: the oceans and seas, the great rivers and the cities they pass, the highest peaks of each continent, the biggest lakes and deserts, and the trenches at the bottom of the sea. Questions avoid figures that experts still argue about, such as which river is truly the longest, and stick to facts that will not change, so every answer is solid.

Tips & strategy
- Learn the highest peak of each continent as one list: Everest, Aconcagua, Denali, Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, Vinson and the Australian high point.
- Rivers are easier with their capital cities: the Thames and London, the Danube and four capitals, the Nile and Cairo.
- Deserts are not all hot: Antarctica and the Gobi count too, so read what the question asks for.
